At Itoya, we have been considering a complete overhaul of our aging stationary POS system. As a result, we implemented the 'UNITE series' package, which has been introduced in a variety of industries. This allowed us to achieve swift maintenance and countermeasures for the POS system. As initially planned, we were able to enable multi-device functionality with the same system, and we also started operating both stationary and mobile POS systems. The screen is now easier to see compared to the previous POS, reducing the hesitation of cashiers in making operational decisions, and we have noticed a decrease in the time customers have to wait.
